After that, an entire year’s worth of conventions were quickly called off or moved online, including Gamescom, PAX West, BlizzCon, Comic-Con, TwitchCon, Gen Con, and many, many more. The same week, the ESA announced that E3 2020 was canceled. The last event I made it to before the lockdown was PAX East in March 2020. Of course, the pandemic changed everything. I can’t overstate just how important these outings are for us and how much we look forward to them all year.
A lot of gaming sites, TheGamer included, are decentralized, so the only opportunity I have to meet up with my co-workers and other games writers is at conventions, press events, and in-person play sessions. They’re always a great opportunity to learn more about upcoming games, chat with developers face-to-face, and catch up with other games journalists and content creators.

I really like the game mechanics, ballistics and the detail with weapons and scopes, really like it a whole lot and i think i just might get this even if it's just to see if i like it any better in sp than sgw4, please please get coop mode for the main campaign, i can see how it might be a bit fiddly to get done with all the advanced ballistics and so on but i really hope you guys will see it through some day. Then the mp dlc comes out and we are all oh so dissapointed. please for the love the god emperor all mighty get coop in yer game for once D.ĭon't know if you had coop in previous games other than sgw4 but me and 2 friends got sgw4 purely for the reason that it was going to get multiplayer and we took it as a given that this kind of game would come with coop as we would have loved that.
